I wanted to like this, and it seemed fine at first, but my skin started getting a bit red after using it. Nothing too dramatic, but enough to make me second-guess it. I just didn’t feel confident continuing with it, so it’s not for me

I sent my return back and it’s taking way too long. My refund is still pending and it’s kinda frustrating...

I’ve used BaliWax a few times now, the hair seems to be growing back slower than it used to. I noticed it most around day 4 or 5, when my skin would usually start feeling a little rough again, but it still felt smooth. I didn’t expect a huge difference, so I was kind of surprised. Nothing dramatic, just one of those small things you notice when you’re paying attention

Tried it for the first time and it was way less painful than I expected — maybe a 3/10. The results were clean too, so I’m happy with it. Delivery was totally fine as well.

I was happy with this overall. The prices are solid, and the wax quality is better than I expected for what you pay. It’s not the most premium wax out there, but for everyday use, it definitely gets the job done

I was feeling mentally drained when I was shopping, so it was a relief that they had a good mix of wax products and salon supplies all in one place. I managed to find most of what I needed without jumping around too much, which helped. The only thing I’d like to see is a few more options in smaller pack sizes. Overall though, I’m happy with the range.

My skin felt so smooth after waxing. Like, really smooth and soft afterward, which I was happy about.

My order did arrive on the day they promised, so I’ll give them credit for that. The packaging was fine too, nothing damaged or messy. That said, the tracking updates were kind of annoying because they didn’t refresh until late, which made me wonder if it was actually going to show up. Overall, the delivery was reliable, but that tracking delay definitely took away from the experience a bit. 4 stars.

I ordered from Bali Wax mostly because the prices seemed fair compared to a few other sites I checked. It wasn’t like super cheap or anything, but for this kind of stuff, it felt reasonable. I also liked that they weren’t adding weird extra pricing on basic items and that. Delivery was okay too, just took a bit of time, nothing too bad. Overall, it was a good enough experience and I’d probably order again if the prices stay like this

My order arrived just fine, no issues there. The scent is a bit stronger than I expected though. It’s not bad or anything, just not really the kind of fragrance I usually go for... so I’m kind of on the fence
